Hi, I have a question if anyone could please help. Is it normal for it to take a while to record pictures when shooting raw? If i snap say 4 pics in a row it takes a few minutes before I can view them. It tells me its busy. (I can however continue to shoot) Also if I shut the camera off within a few minutes of taking them it will say it is recording images before it shuts off?? I am coming from an xti and it never did this. I could view pic immediately. I just want to make sure nothing is wrong with the camera.

Great Video, My wife has just purchased the 80D and she is complaining that it's not taking good quality photos but this will be due to not having it set up correctly, this will definitely help her. Thanks for sharing this video.

Well it is now 2/19/2017 and I gave my canon t2i camera and equipment to my daughter after her Nikon got destroyed. This was a great excuse for me to buy a Canon 80 D last week. I like the camera. It came with a 18-55 IS lens and a Tamron 70-300mm f/4.0-5.6 Zoom . I don't like the Tamron because auto focus is very slow and it has NO image stabilization. . I plan buying the Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS II USM lens next month.

Glad you are making these videos – I am an audio/visual learner. They are very helpful.

I just got my Canon 80D. in photo mode, what setting can I set to auto focus on the subject that is close to the camera. for example, if the camera focus on my face, then if I put an object in front of me, I need the camera to focus on the subject that is in front of me not my face. I can do this on 70D. I'm not sure why my 80D won't do it. However, it can do this on video mode. Please help.
