I honestly do feel a tiny bit more confident. Still a bit overwhelming, just frustrating to have (more or less) mastery of the creative and artistic parts of photography yet stuck in Technical 101. Thanks for the vid! Trying to learn more every day =)

Also, were all those pictures taken in Sweden? What a beautiful country! Seen nearly 20 Ingmar Bergman films so I know how photogenic your seasides are

Hey! This is the best explanation one can ever get about dslr photography. I am using Canon Eos 550 D and I regret that I have wasted earlier days of my life clicking photos only in an automatic mode. Now for past month I have started clicking very good pictures and playing with the manual modes.
I also request you to also explain about ND filters and when can we use them.
Thanks and a lots of love from India.

Hello Jonas! I would like to ask about the ND Filter on video. For 24fps, 1/50ss, and ISO 100 (here in Greece), clearly need ND filter. The lens I have is 50mm 1.8 (1.8, 2.0, 2.2, 2.5, 2.8, 3.2, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, 5.0, 5.6, 6.3, 7.1, 8.0, 9.0, 10, 11, 13, 14, and 16 fstop). For 4.5 and 5.0 fstop I figured that must go up by 11 and 10 respectively fstop than f16 where there exposure is ok. I need 10 stop filter or is too much? I have mattebox with 100×100 square filter holder.

    Thanks in advance,
    Costas
